As the Transaction Manager, Hunter takes care of everything that requires diligence, accuracy, and compliance. He will assist with document collection and signings, keep you informed with updates, and coordinate with your lender, lawyer, and any other agents involved. Hunter is always available to answer any questions you may have throughout the process like reminders for showings, showing feedback, contract deadlines, etc. Hunter is a licensed agent with 9 years of real estate experience as well as 4 years specializing in mortgage financing. He loves helping clients to buy and sell properties, specializing in condos, rentals, investment properties and character homes.
Brad has always had a passion for real estate ever since he bought his first home. He found the process fun and interesting, and grew and even larger interest after doing renovations, selling that home, and building a brand new home.
